When you spend Gold*100, you can claim Lv.3 GEM*1.
When you spend Gold*600, you can claim Lv.5 GEM*1 + Super Iron*1000.
When you spend Gold*1500, you can claim Lv.6 GEM*1 + Super Iron*2000.
